Calendering process
Calendering is a process in which the rubber compound is made into a film on a calender or is made into a semi-finished rubber cloth with a skeleton material. It includes operations such as sheeting, laminating, pressing and textile hanging glue.
The groove calendering process of rubber deceleration belt generally includes the following steps: preheating and supply of rubber compound; guiding and drying of textiles (and sometimes dipping).
Extrusion process
The extrusion process is to make the rubber material achieve the purpose of extrusion and preliminary modeling through the effect of the barrel wall of the extruder and the screw part, and the extrusion process also becomes an extrusion process. The main equipment of the extrusion process is an extruder.
